We recommend placing cake orders at least 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. Larger or custom orders may require more notice.

🧁 Do you make custom cakes?

Yes! We love creating custom cakes for birthdays, baby showers, weddings, celebrations and special events. You can send through inspiration photos, themes or colour ideas.

🍪 Can I order cupcakes and cookies separately?

Absolutely. Cupcakes and cookies can be ordered on their own or as part of a dessert package.

📍 Where are you located?

We are a home-based bakery located in Sydney, NSW. Pickup details will be provided when your order is confirmed.

💌 How do I place an order?

You can place an order through our website, social media pages or by contacting us directly.

💲 Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking and order date. Full payment details will be provided during the booking process.

🎨 Can I choose my own colours and theme?

Of course! We can customise colours, decorations and themes to match your event style.

⚠️ Do you cater for allergies?

Please let us know about any allergies before placing your order. While we do our best to accommodate requests, all products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts.

🚗 Do you offer delivery?

Delivery may be available depending on location and order size. Delivery fees may apply.

📸 Can I send inspiration photos?

Yes! Inspiration photos are always welcome and help us understand the style you’re after.

🕒 What happens if I need to cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible regarding cancellations. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on notice provided and preparation already completed.
